Christopher Brugman

Leading the epicurean journey at Castle Hot Springs is Christopher Brugman. Prior to gassing up the grill at Castle Hot Springs, Chef Brugman was a disciple of celebrated Chef Charles Wiley, at Westroc’s Mountain Shadows in Paradise Valley, AZ.

Brugman is a recipient of Le Cordon Bleu’s The Grand Diplome and recently appeared on Food Network’s Chopped. In his still young career, Brugman served with famed chefs Gordon Ramsey and David LeFevre. Teaming up with Chef Brugman will be Castle Hot Springs Agronomist, Ian Beger and farmer David Bullock. Together they will manage the Castle Hot Springs Farm and greenhouse, which will produce over 150 varieties of rare organic fruits and vegetables for our Harvest Restaurant. Each day, Brugman and Beger will seek out the perfect harvest for that day’s menu.

Learn from the Pros

Chef Brugman will offer frequent interactive cooking workshops in his Harvest restaurant kitchen, as well as “Lunch & Learn” events and farm tours, where guests can get valuable tips from Ian Beger on growing fruits and vegetables.
