REVIEWS FROM OUR GUESTS
My wife and I stayed at Castle Hot Springs for 5 nights. This resort is the best we’ve ever stayed. My wife and I were talking about it tonight, our stay has redefined what “10” is for the 1 to 10 scale. The staff, and this is everyone we met, was friendly and helpful. The service was excellent across the board. The dining staff especially was so sweet and nice to my wife and I. Very classy, very helpful, they really represent the resort well. The activities we did, yoga, sound bathing, hiking, archery, axe throwing, was a lot of fun. We had full mornings and relaxing afternoons. The sound bath activity was really special, unique. A highlight of the trip for us.
From the time I entered the gate until I drove away from the property, I felt so taken care of at Castle Hot Springs. The service is like no other resort I've visited, and the staff is wonderful. Ross was an amazing guide—I did two hikes with him. The sound bath was such a great and restful experience. KaCe gave me great instruction for paddleboard yoga (I was scared I would fall off, but no one did). The food is NEXT LEVEL - I'm a foodie dietitian, and it blew my mind. The hot springs are beautiful and crystal clear - Carly taught me all about the history in the connecting with water class. Emma (night security) drove me to my cabin a couple of times, and I enjoyed chatting with her about the animals around the resort. I felt so safe as a solo traveler. Craig (grounds, I think) was super friendly, and we chatted about the property while I waited for my hike to start one morning. The beds were comfortable and soft, just like the robes. The amenities in the room were - again, next level. It was such a great experience. I only wish I could have stayed longer. Next time, I will.
The entire property is thoughtfully and wonderfully designed and built. Small details that make a big difference in your experience are found throughout the resort. There are more things to do than you can fit into a 4 day stay so we will be returning for another stay next year. All in all, it is a wonderful place that is made even more so by the incredible staff. I've never been anywhere like it.
Perfection. Sheer perfection. Everything about our trip was just exactly right. We loved the food, the grounds, the activities and especially the kind, lovely people who work there. The food was some of the best I've ever had and the staff was incredibly accommodating.
This resort is truly the best. From the staff, to the activities, to the atmosphere, to the hot springs, to quite possibly some of the best gourmet food i have ever tasted, Castle Hot Springs is doing everything right. We absolutely enjoyed our stay.
Everyone who helped us was AMAZING! I've traveled around the world and the service at Castle Hot Springs was in the top 5 for places I'd been to, in both Europe and Asia. The staff was friendly and showed a genuine concern for making sure we had everything we needed. They were helpful. I can't remember all the names of the people but all were amazing. The location and cabin was great; it was wonderful to sit in the Springs and connect with the outdoors. I have to make one suggestion: the chefs need to publish and sell a cookbook. All the food was out of this world!!! One dish that I loved was the granola (if the chef is willing to share his recipe or something close to it, I'd love it! I can provide my email :)) Also, my wife loved all the soups as well. There was literally nothing that was wrong. We will be back!
