This Sonoran Tea recipe is the perfect drink to stave off the summer heat while you relax poolside. Subtle hints of citrus, mellow berries and a refreshing kick of mint round out the flavor profile. Summer has never been so refreshing!
Ingredients
- 2 oz 100 proof Bourbon / four roses single barrel
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 3 sprigs of black mint
- 5 raspberries
Directions
Combine solid ingredients in shaker, muddle, add remaining ingredients. Shake with ice thirty times and pour over fresh ice in large Collins glass and top with black Iced tea. Garnish with a few sprigs of mint, a few blueberries, and either a dehydrated lemon wheel or a lemon peel.
