Castle Hot Springs has developed an extensive preparedness plan to assure the wellness and safety of our guests and team members.  Our indoor facilities and accommodations have been deep cleaned and our staff in every department are engaging in safety training. We want to welcome you to our inclusive experience to restore your body, mind, and spirit.

Precautionary Measures to Ensure Your Stay is Healthy & Relaxing        

Castle Hot Springs focuses on maintaining the highest cleanliness standards possible for the protection of our team members and guests. Safety has been and will continue to be our top priority. We are complying with all state and local government guidelines and have been Safe Certified by the Arizona Lodging and Tourism Association.

General Protocols for Team Members & Property

  • Team Members will be screened for fever before each shift.
  • Team member who has had cold or flu-like symptoms in the past two weeks and/or has been around others who have been sick will not be scheduled for shifts
  • Team Members will wear appropriate protective gear including masks and practice appropriate social distancing, hand washing, and sanitizing.
  • Hand sanitizer stations available throughout the property
  • Enhanced and frequent sanitation protocols are implemented throughout the property with  EPA approved disinfectant
  • Appropriate spacing protocols should be practiced throughout the property
  • Appropriate social distancing protocols will be implemented throughout the property
  • Amenities and activities may be adjusted on an evolving basis in the interest of the health and safety of our guests and staff

Oasis Ambassadors

  • Contact-less check in and check out options available
  • Valet parking available only upon request only
  • In room Bell Service available upon request only
  • Enhanced sanitizing of golf carts after each guest use

Activities

  • Activities will be kept at minimum participation levels for physical distancing
  • Guests are required to wear masks when in indoor community spaces
  • Guests are requested to keep 6 feet of distance from other parties
  • Hands-on staff assistance will be limited, unless necessary (such as assisting with equipment)
  • Orientations and instructions will be done outside in a distanced manner
  • All equipment and high-touch areas are thoroughly disinfected after each use
  • Hand sanitizer/washing station is available before and after activities
  • Activities will be scheduled appropriately to allow equipment to be thoroughly disinfected between uses

Dining

  • Dine-in, patio service, and in room box meals are available at Harvest and Bar 1896
  • Physical distancing has been implemented between tables, and parties are limited to no more than 10 people
  • Guests are required to wear their masks until they are seated at their table
  • All Culinary team members are required to wear masks while working
  • Food & Beverage Staff will wear masks including hosts, servers and mixologists
  • All dining staff will follow mandatory enhanced sanitizing and hygiene protocols in between sittings
  • Single use menus will replace normal menus

Housekeeping

  • Thorough and frequent cleaning of high-touch public areas
  • Electrostatic disinfectant will be deployed
  • Guest rooms cleaned and sanitized with hospital grade disinfectant on hard and soft surfaces
  • All Housekeeping Staff will wear masks and gloves and follow CDC recommended enhanced sanitizing and hygiene protocols
  • Once checked in, team members will not enter a guest’s room
  • Daily housekeeping and turndown service has been discontinued for guest and team member safety
  • Any guest requested items will be delivered and placed outside of the room
  • Ozone cleaning will be used regularly, designed to eliminate contaminants at a cellular level
    • Ozone treatment is available during a guests’ stay upon request – guest must vacate the room during the process

Resort pools and Hot Springs

  • Guests not of the same group should stay at least 6 feet apart for proper physical distancing
  • Lounge chairs will be spaced to promote physical distancing
  • Clean towels will be placed on chairs to indicate they have been disinfected between use
  • All handrails, chairs and tables will be thoroughly disinfected frequently
  • Hot Springs bath house and restrooms will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected frequently

Spa

  • Reservations for required for services
  • Guests will have their temperature taken at check-in for each service
  • Relaxation cabana will be arranged to have appropriate social distancing
  • Therapists wear a mask at all times, and are required to wash hands immediately before and after service
  • Some services require therapists to wear gloves or as requested by guest
  • Therapists will clean and disinfect cabanas between each guest and at the end of each day, including wiping every surface and will keep open for airflow
  • Time in between each reservation will be increased to 30 minutes to ensure enough time for new sanitation procedures.
  • Hand sanitizer is available in all spa cabanas
  • Linens, facial towels, cleaning rags, and any other equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between each use
  • Ozone cleaning daily is designed to eliminate contaminants at a cellular level
