The ultimate comfort food—soft, fluffy rolls infused with rich, buttery garlic flavor and a hint of fresh herbs. These delightful rolls are made by layering small balls of dough, each generously brushed with a mixture of melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley, creating a fragrant, golden crust as they bake.
Preparation
Add Flour, Sugar, salt, instant yeast, egg yolk, egg white, & warmed milk to a stand mixer.
Mix on low for 10 minutes.
Add cubed butter to the dough and continue mixing at medium speed for 8 minutes.
Portion dough to 2.25 ounces, roll into balls, then divide by using the side of your hand to semi roll/divide dough.
Place 2 divided dough portion into greased mini loaf pans.
Let the rolls proof at room temperature (preferably 75-80F) for 1-3 hours until doubled in size.
Egg wash before baking at 350ºF for 15 minutes, turning the pans hallway to ensure even baking.
Finish off with garlic, parsley, melted butter and Maldon Sea salt.
