Ingredients
Apples, peeled and sliced – 4 pounds
Sugar – 2 oz
Lemon Juice – 1 oz
Butter – 8 oz
Brown Sugar – 12 oz
Cinnamon – 2 teaspoon
Flour – 12 oz
Process
Toss apples gently with sugar and lemon
Spread onto a 9×13 baking pan
