Kick it up a notch with this cocktail, balanced out with our homemade Tamarind Syrup. Then we add a couple dashes of Molé Bitters to give the cocktail even more complexity. Garnished with a Dehydrated Orange from our citrus grove and Chile Threads.
This cocktail is refreshing and will pair well with a wide variety of dishes. Great for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

1oz Ancho Rojo
.75oz Lime
.75oz Tamarindo Ponche
2 dash Mole Bitters
1 dash Angostura Bitters
