Dress up any salad with this velvety citrus vinaigrette
INGREDIENTS
1 C – Orange Juice
¼ C – Champagne Vinegar
2 ea – Garlic Cloves
1 Tbsp. – Fresh Tarragon
½ tsp. – Sea Salt
¼ tsp. – Black Pepper
1 C – Olive Oil
Process: In a saucepan reduce orange juice until it coats a spoon, like a syrup. Transfer syrup to a blender with vinegar, garlic, tarragon, salt, and pepper. Blend until emulsified then slowly add olive oil. Taste, and store in fridge for up to 7 days.
