Cauliflower Recipe
Clean the Cauliflower of outer leaves. Cut into large 1/2” steaks. Brush with Olive Oil and season with salt and pepper. Place on a hot pre-heated sheet pan and roast in oven at 375F until Golden brown and tender.
Meanwhile, Start the Chimichurri. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Adjust seasoning with salt and lime juice and consistency with olive oil.

4cloves Garlic

1Tbl Cumin

1-2ea Ice Cubes (helps keep color)
